- setiap ekstrakulikuler mengirimkan 5 orang anggota ekstrakulikuler kelas X, kecuali Paskibra, PMR, dan KIR mengirimkan seluruh anggota ekstrakulikuler.
- setiap kelas X mengirimkan 2 orang perwakilan kelas

pendaftaran dibuka mulai hari Senin tanggal 14 April 2011 (bebas biaya pendaftran)
